All customers who acquire the Premium Support Package receive an extended warranty for our services and installation at their property.
The warranty extension lasts for the duration of the Premium Support Package contract.
As long as the Premium Support Package remains active, our services and installation are covered against defects—ensuring no additional expenses for the customer.

All products and equipment installed on the premises are covered by their respective manufacturer's legal warranty.
The Premium Support Package does not include warranty or repairs for any hardware equipment, except for components considered part of the infrastructure, such as:**
- Network cables
- Network connectors (RJ45)
- Screws and fittings
- Electrical wiring
Our Premium Support Package does not cover warranty claims for services and installations in the following situations:
- Damage caused by external elements, including rain, leaks, snow, excessive sun exposure, lightning, wildfires, fires of any type, landslides, and other nature-related events.
- Damage due to improper use, such as accidental falls, impacts, exposure to liquids, fire, and similar incidents.
- Damage resulting from faulty electrical wiring (not installed by Avantgarde), lack of proper grounding, or electrical discharges of any kind.
- Damage caused by unauthorized maintenance performed by third-party companies or individuals.
- Damage due to disassembly and/or modification of the products.
- Damage occurring during product transportation by the customer.
- Damage caused by remodeling teams, painters, electricians, plumbers, or other third-party service providers.
Since every customer installation is unique, we do not offer a fixed price for our Premium Support Package.
Instead, pricing is tailored based on the technologies used and the size of each installation, ensuring a fair and appropriate cost for every customer.
The Premium Support Package is offered as a one-year contract, providing customers with security and peace of mind. Flexible payment methods are available.
